| The NanoDrop® ND-1000 Spectrophotometer will accurately and reproducibly measure nucleic acid samples up to 3700 ng/ul, without dilution. To do this, the instrument automatically detects the high concentration and utilizes the 0.2mm pathlength to calculate the absorbance. A sample measurement output is shown below. |

Key Features
- Includes analysis capability for dsDNA, RNA and "other" (analysis constant selectable between 15-55)
- High absorbance capability: up to 3700 ng/ul for dsDNA
- Reblank feature allows new for the re-analysis of previous sample with a new blank
- Full spectrum data is automatically archived in a text delimited file on the controller PC and easily reviewed using the Data Viewer feature
- 260/280 and 260/230 ratios calculated and displayed
- Sample ID field is key-focused for easy bar coder use
- Absorbance is represented as a 10mm path equivalent
