For the last three years I have been using disposable c-chip haemocytometers for my rat semen analysis, I have seen a vast improvement in the precision and replicability of my work since I started using the semen c-chip. It's great, it allows for clear visualisation of the sperm that simply wasn't possible before. I think they are great and am really happy they are now available for use.
